Are you looking to work part time as a casual Reliever on the North Shore?

Relievers are an important part of our team, cherishing the children in our care and working alongside our qualified Teachers. You will enjoy getting to know the children in our centres and be flexible in working with all age groups.

For this on-call relieving position you must be able to work between 7.30am and 5.30pm. Hours will vary daily/weekly and will not be fixed or guaranteed each week. You may be working full days, part days or lunch covers, caring for the children or depending on the needs of the centre, assisting with cooking and kitchen duties. We’ll value your:

  • Warm and caring nature
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Ability to work up to 8 hours a day when needed
  • Availability at short notice and school holidays

Applicants for this position require NZ residency or a NZ work visa and will undergo a police vet. If you live on the North Shore, have experience working in an early childhood centre or simply have a love for children, we’d love to hear from you.
