Centre Administrator – Greville Road
If you’re a people-person who enjoys a busy and varied administration role, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are seeking a warm and friendly Centre Administrator who is strongly aligned with our core values of safe, loved and learning, to join our wonderful, whanau focused centre. This role requires strong administrative skills, a friendly and professional manner, and a passion for supporting a nurturing learning environment.

The position:
- Permanent, full time (40 hours, Monday–Friday)
- Caring for a variety of administrative responsibilities
- Supporting Teachers in classrooms during lunch breaks
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is a pre-requisite
- Kindercare police vet all employees
About you:
You’re an experienced Administrator who has:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A heart for children and families, and building relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and cultures – internally and externally
- A sound understanding of various computer applications
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
