And now for the T+Cs
- The offer applies to permanent teacher roles only
- The successful applicant must be an ECE qualified and registered teacher.
- Offer is limited to successful applications during March/April only.
- The applicant can not have worked for Kindercare in a permanent role in the past 3 months. So no, you can't resign and then rejoin 😉 Good try.
- 10 days paid sick leave per year is standard for all Kindercare employees. The successful applicant will be entitled to their allocation of 10 days from day 1 of employment rather than having to wait for 3 months of service.
- 1 weeks annual leave will be gifted to the successful applicants for use during the first year of service. The successful applicant will be entitled to use this leave from day 1 of employment rather than having to wait 12 months of service.
